The past 48 hours are the kind of statistics I love to see.
In the Zip Code, there were eight new listings, and 13 homes went into Pending.
I love it!
Four homes in Hidden Meadows/Rimrock were among those going into Pending, and the one in Rimrock was 5,600 square feet and had been on the market for 386 days.
I have seen that home several times. It had virtually no yard, and was in pretty bad shape, but it WAS BIG! And it was finally listed $749,900 – a terrific price, but only if you have $200,000 to fix it up.
Another home on Galatea went into Pending, as well. The interesting thing to me was the prices of the homes that went into Pending: $749,900;$579,000; $405,300; and $400,000.
Certainly and indication that homes that are NOT investor-style homes will start selling.
